With the increase of the height of the building,it is only the frame core tube structure,which can not meet the requirements of the design and application in the whole structure.Therefore,in the present design,through structural floors arranged at the horizontal outrigger stiffness strengthened layer,to improve the overall stiffness of the structure,so as to effectively restrict the lateral displacement of structure.But the structure stress form complex,especially the strengthening layer position,especially,the frame core tube is widely used,but the theory is still insufficient,this paper makes a deep research and Analysis on this kind of structure form.1 The first,introduces the frame core tube structure of the basic concepts,the current domestic and foreign research on the structure of the history,development status,calculation method of high-rise building structure with outriggers and strengthen the design of high-rise building layer.2 And combine an engineering in a development zone ShenZhen.the construction site category II,seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees,the ground floor with 31,the total height of the building is 133.95 m,the main body of the frame-core tube structure engineering examples.According to the engineering example,established 11 programs strengthen overhanging layers in different locations,through the fixed top arm reinforcing layer,another reinforcing layer uniformly from the bottom to the top9 construction scheme.Strengthen the layout layer for diagonal bar truss,a high-rise structure design analysis software ETABS,the first of these schemes are the basic dynamic analysis,response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis,analysis of strengthening layer on the internal force influence of different schemes,the results were compared to the following: self vibration characteristics and the horizontal displacement,drift angle,shear force and bending moment of floor structure,seismic response of the base moment shear wall core tube.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)In the frame core tube structure with outrigger,strengthening layer is reasonable position: the arrangement of single reinforced layer,should be set in a building height of 0.6H;When set two overhanging reinforced layer,can be respectively arranged at the top of building 1/2H and the height of the top layer;(2)From the research situation,the seismic force,the frame core tube structurewith outrigger reinforcing layer,improve the structure of the floor stiffness,and improve the core link and perimeter columns,reduced the basal core for overturning moment.(3)The floor shear force of the strengthened story setting position can produce abrupt change,easy to form a weak layer,the strengthening layer setting position is higher,the shear stress between the layers is smaller.
