Rationality Analysis Of Water Requirement In Water Resources Demonstration Of Construction Project

Water is an indispensable resource for all human survival and socio-economic development.With the development of China's urbanization system and the deepening reform of the housing system,the water consumption of various industries has increased dramatically.It is still in relatively low level in the sewage treatment reuse,rainwater and sea water utilization,China's Water resources management system is not perfect.The water consumption in some areas has seriously exceeded the available ability of regional water resources,which resulting in excessive exploitation of water resources,ecological deterioration and so on.Therefore,in order to promote the future development of China's social economy,it is particularly important to know how to effectively protect,rationally develop,optimally allocate,efficiently use to the water resources and other issues.The strictest water resources management system must be effectively implemented,which can promote the sustainable development of social economy in the future.Water resources appraisal system is a major innovation in water resources management,and it is a key measure for the construction of water-saving pollution-proof society and the construction of ecological civilization.The special thematic issues of consumption of water resources can solve the bottleneck of water resources constraints,accelerate the construction of water-saving modern agriculture and accelerate the transformation of economic development.The main contents of the analysis of the reliability of the water resources include the analysis of the rationality of water demand,the water source and its reliability analysis.the concrete request of the water resources demonstration was analyzed.The actual project water resources demonstration work on the basis of a comprehensive and systematic analysis and summary.The project of the peacock town of Qionglai Hot Springs Quanzhou Qunquan was mainly analyzed.The main contents are as the following:(1)The reasonableness of water demand: the theoretical basis and calculation method were introduced,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems in the calculation process.(2)The selection of water source for construction projects,the method of extraction test and water balance were used to calculate groundwater resources,and analyze the reliability and feasibility of shallow groundwater.(3)Finally,some conclusions were get and some reasonable suggestions were put forward.In the construction of water resources demonstration,the requirements of water should meet the water resources management.Water indicators,water efficiency and water level match the corresponding water resource management system requirements,the analysis of water usage are reasonable.The water intake of the project should meet the requirements of reliable water quality and feasible water quality.The water intake and water withdrawal of the project will not adversely affect the regional water resources,aquatic ecology and other stakeholders.
