The Design Research Of Resettlement Housing Of Suzhou Scenic Spot

In new housing construction as the research background, in the process of the urbanization in increase resettlement housing construction scale, improve the quality of the construction of resettlement housing for the policy guidance, in suzhou area scenic area resettlement housing design make exploratory study. The construction of resettlement housings is not only a security project related to people's livelihood, but also a complex project involves the interests of all parties. In the moment of promoting the new urbanization comprehensively, it is related to the overall development of urban and rural areas and social equity and justice, how to ensure the construction of resettlement housings to be advanced in an orderly manner.This paper selected Suzhou as the range of study, took the scenic resettlement housing as the research object, mainly discussed on the basis of existing development intensity, how to balance the tradition and modern, the protection and development, and realization of the existing natural environment in surrounding of the placement housings, the inheritance of custom and human feelings, the protection of context continuation. The paper followed the logical order of "the design of resettlement housing?the design of resettlement housing in scenic areas?the case of Stone Lake scenic spot", from general to special, starting from the actual investigation, I visited many representative resettlement housings in Suzhou, made a preliminary review and summary of the current situation of the resettlement housings, the structure of the residential population and the characteristics of residential behavior in Suzhou, and compared them with the ordinary commercial housing residential area to get the influence factors that affect the design of resettlement housing residential district. Secondly, this paper tentatively puts forward the design points and design means of the settlements in the scenic spots of Suzhou from two aspects of planning programming and architectural design, and the example analysis was made on the actual case. Finally, this paper took the environmental remediation and landscape improvement project of Shangfangshan in the Stone Lake Scenic Area in Suzhou as an example, and elaborated in detail the strategic means in the design of resettlement housing areas which are located in scenic areas, with good natural scenery and cultural characteristics.Hope that through research, this paper put forward an operational system of design strategy on the residential resettlement housing areas in scenic spots, enable the design of resettlement housings truly meet the urbanization needs of residents, which is conducive to enrich the residential design theory, and provides the design basis and reference case for the same type of practice.
