With the increasingly improvement of railway informatization and technology, the shift from railway informatization to intelligent railway has become one of strategic measures to upgrade railway traditional industry and improve the core competitiveness of the railway transportation industry. In recent years, the pace of our country’s railway informatization is also accelerating.It has basically realized the business information, and information level of part business system and even reached the world’s advanced level. In order to further improve the efficiency of railway transport, to be flat with and even beyond the development level of the rest of the railway industry, intelligent railway construction in China was in full swing. But in the process of the implementation of railway intelligent transportation system, there are many problems to solve, such as the non-standard system planning and non-uniform information resource, which cause that the information processing is not timely, transmission is inefficient and so on.It affects the railway transportation system’s integration and data sharing, hinders the rapid developmentof the intelligent railway. So to achieve the perfect change, the problems need to be solved. The data sharing between railway operation system and system integration is the research background of this article.For the realization of the system integration and solving the shortcomings in the course of railway operation system, a set of system integration solutions with characteristics of China’s railway is designed, which is based on the analysis of the existing research literature and draw on the experience of the implementation of the sharing information platform in literature scheme with electric power systems under IEC61970/61968 series standard CIM and CIS,and finally the core function modules are implemented. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Analysises of system integration objects of railway intelligent transportation in the system integration, mainly including railway business departments, business application systems, as well as the relationship between them, which analyze the systems’sharing data and their features.(2) According to the system data sharing relationship and its characteristics, the system integration scheme is customized.(3) The railway information coding structure is designed and the railway information coding tools are realized by classifying and modeling the "business domain-functional domains-information granularity", so as to provide a unified and standardized railway information resources coding structure.(4) Aaccording to the characteristics of systems’sharing data, the data exchange and sharing scheme is designed. Combined with the CIS design concept of the power system, the interface of railway share data exchange, namely general database interface, real-time data exchange interface, transaction release subscription interface and non real-time data exchange interface are designed and implemented.With the system integration scheme of this thesis, the problem of integrating and sharing data can be solved from the source. Through the application of the railway share data exchange interface, it provides a unified standard data exchange interface for the integration of railway intelligent transportation system,brings convenience of the integration in business systems, which lay a solid foundation for the development of intelligence.
