The emerging market space of O2O tourism services in the domestic is huge. The current domestic market coverage rate is around 12%, but the O2O tourism also exist some problems in the process of development, such as product, service, serious homogeneity, user interaction in tourism is not high, the lack of personalized and interesting experience, etc. The author attempts to game mode combined with O2O tourism services, comprehensive analysis the game mode in O2O used in the design of tourist service mechanism.This paper through the questionnaire survey, user interviews and analysis of actual case and service design process, the contact analysis method to mining the user’s demand, according to these requirements from the perspective of maslow’s need hierarchy, build up the O2O travel service demand model; Then by analyzing the gaming on O2O design of tourist service demand, the game mechanism model, the game in the O2O using mechanism in the design of tourist service types and guiding principles of game design to build up the game mode of using mechanism model in the O2O tourism services; The last line in the free travel service design practice, the article puts forward the game using mechanism model is verified.The article explores the game way is used in the design of the O2O travel service method, tries to improve the existing O2O tourism products, services, experience, and for users with personalized, fun, interactive travel experience, create business value for tourism electric business enterprise, for subsequent scholars study of O2O travel service provides some reference opinions.
