| With the promotion of national port and waterway construction,the engineering ship construction industry has developed rapidly.However,there are few studies on the post evaluation of engineering ship construction projects,and in the past,qualitative post evaluation methods were mostly used in the post evaluation of engineering ship construction projects,and the post evaluation results were lack of objectivity,which was not conducive to the exertion of the role of post evaluation of engineering ship construction projects.Therefore,it is necessary to study the post evaluation of engineering ship construction project,so as to improve the post evaluation level of engineering ship construction project,strengthen the supervision of project investment and provide reference for decision-making.Based on the study of engineering ship theory and project post evaluation theory,this thesis defines the characteristics of engineering ship construction project,and uses the theoretical analysis method to analyze the indicators from five dimensions: project implementation process,project economic benefits,project social impact,project sustainability and project technical level.Using the questionnaire survey method and importance mean method,21 secondary indicators are eliminated,14 important indicators of engineering ship construction projects are selected,and the post evaluation index system of engineering ship construction projects is established to describe the actual effect of engineering ship construction projects from different levels.The weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the post evaluation model of engineering ship construction project is constructed by using grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method respectively.Taking the construction project of C self-propelled trailing suction dredger as an example,a questionnaire is compiled,and the post evaluation value of each index is calculated in combination with expert opinions.The results show that the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can quantify the qualitative indexes,and it is more objective,scientific and applicable in the post evaluation of engineering ship construction projects.Through research,managers can timely find and improve the problems existing in the management of engineering ship construction project,and provide reference for the investment operators of engineering ship construction project to promote the improvement of project management level. |
