This paper mainly focus on that study on energy saving strategies of rural residential buildings in Nanning region where the climate is hot summer and warm winter region,and it take Yongning district as example to analyze and studied,the following are main contents:First,the kinds of architectural flat profile,size,orientation,spacing should be adapt to regional climate conditions,meet the requirements of energy saving,and through field research,comparison,analysis to get the favorable reasonable solution.Reasonable construction of the form,the overall size,the space between and the building energy saving closely related to people’s living comfort.In general,reasonable orientation plays an effective role in avoiding direct sunlight in summer to reduce the heat absorption from the solar heat radiation.Also,according to the geographical situation and the summer’s wind direction,The shadow of hills and trees can be employed to reach the effect of cooling.In addition,the orientation and rural interior design of residential architecture are supposed to takes into consideration of the local traditions and other factors.Second,According to local climate,how to consider the housing wall and roof thickness,material,structure and other measures to effectively isolate the outdoor temperature,reducing solar heat radiation absorption;how to properly set up the visor,to prevent direct sunlight or interior walls;how to design outdoor green,effectively absorb sunlight and heat radiation to lower the temperature.By considering the above measures to ultimately improve indoor comfort,reduce the frequency of use of air conditioning and get the goal of green low-power building,high efficiency and environmental harmonious.The sunshine duration and intensity of sunlight is different in various regions.Therefore,it’s important to take into count the sunshine duration and intensity especially in summer,combined with local conditions,and best to drawn near,when you determine the thickness and material of the wall and the roof of the house.Typically,in the area where has long term and intensity sunshine,the envelope needs to take the necessary heat insulation measures,and comprehensive consideration of sun shading,green and other measures to achieve the effect of reducing indoor temperature in summer.Third,According to the principle of wind pressure ventilation and hot pressing,and reasonably set the door and window location,opening mode and size,so that the building can effectively use the dominant wind direction in the summer to carry out the indoor air circulation and cooling.Single building design and interior spatial arrangement,in addition to the convenience of routine life,but also should consider building a good effect about natural ventilation.In the base of determined orientation of the building,reasonably set door position,orientated way and the size to make full use of natural ventilation plays an important role in indoor air circulation and heat evacuation.Nanning area is a typical summer hot,winter warm climates area.This paper consider the above three aspects,take the village in Yongning District as example to analyze Nanning area residential building energy saving measures.
