Study On Power Distribution Network Planning For City Pingnan

This paper is about studies on the power distribution network planning for City Pinnan.We firstly do the research on the present situation of the economics and society for Pinnan,and then we analysis the power distribution network condition by using the history data,and we point out the shortcomings of the network.Based on the above research,we confirm that power distribution network for high voltage is reasonable.And we get the knowledge of the requirement for distribution radius,loading distribution levels and the instrument conditions.We study on the historical electricity power usage data and electricity loading data in Chapter 3.And then we do the electricity power loading forecasting by using grey forecast method and multi linear forecast method.After we get the forecasting results,we combine the results and balance the electricity power.In Chapter 4,we provide two power distribution network planning schemes according to network structure,line choices,on/off station,round net counter,planning goals,principle,and requirement.And then we compare these two plans.We estimate the investment results of these two plans and then get some conclusions.There are at least four creative points in this paper.The first one is that we study the present situation of electricity power distribution network comprehensively.The second point is we use we do the electricity power loading forecasting by combining grey forecast method and multi linear forecast method.The third one is that we design two power distribution network plans for City Pinnan.The last but not the least one is that we do the investment estimates for the two plans.
