Research On The Standardization Of BIM Bidding For Construction Engineering In China

In recent years,with the emergence of BIM technology(Building Information Modeling)and its continuous development,BIM technology in the construction industry in our country is getting more and more attention and applications with its thought of data integration,information sharing and collaborative management.As the biggest beneficiary of the application of BIM technology in the project,it is not perfect for the owner to implement the BIM bidding mechanism for the time being.The paper selects the study of BIM bidding standardization,which aims to instruct the owner to quickly complete the selection of BIM consulting service company through the standardized BIM bidding process.First,the author analyzes and summarizes the BIM bidding status at home and abroad through a large number of literature review,data collection and statistical analysis of the BIM application cases and typical cases at home and abroad,and it is concluded that the research of standardization of BIM bidding is blank in our country,and combined with the implementation of BIM,its activities are not standardized.Second,the paper summarizes the general situation of BIM bidding for con struction engineering,which clearly defines the BIM bidding's meaning,charact eristics and its main methods,and the BIM bidding process is standardized,th e main technical points of BIM bidding are listed.Third,it analyzes and summarizes the particularity of BIM bidding and its difference from traditional bidding,and expounds the referential significance of traditional bidding to the standardization of BIM bidding.Then,the paper studies the standardization of BIM bidding in construction engineering,analyses the BIM bidding irregularities and the influence factors of BIM implementation.Based on the analysis of these factors,the author use s the method of statistical analysis and questionnaire survey to clarify the cont ents of BIM bidding and presents a standardized design framework covering th e whole BIM bidding phase from BIM bidding to BIM contract.Finally,in combination with an engineering case,according to the general requirements of BIM implementation,the project completed the BIM bidding work from BIM bidding to BIM contract in accordance with the design frame work.The results are feasible,but,it also exposed some problems and shortco mings through the operation of mechanism,as to these problems,the paper pu ts forward some relevant suggestions.
