| An intelligent box-type substation is a maintenance-free,remote-manageable transformer system,which can improve reliability and quality of power supply,and provide solution to customer’s requirement.Intelligent first equipment,networking secondary equipment and automatic operation management system simplify the wiring scheme of’ the intelligent box-type substation.This thesis introduced a design of the intelligent box-type substation,comprising of central monitor and control system,intelligent module and network communication system.The structure of hermetically sealed distribution network was adopted.And the serial RS485 network was used.This system,based on customer’s requirements,takes the layout of "品" connected with cable interactively,which has small size.The fundamental concept is the transformer medium voltage terminals are connected directly to the ring main power supply and the low voltage terminals directly to the combination of intelligent components;By means of intelligent networking instruments,this system can realize data acquisition,getting rid of the classical protective relays.The working process can be described as follows:At first,the analogue parameters such as voltage,current and other electrical quantity are sampled.Secondly,those parameters are converted to digit and integrated into the online controller.Then the data is sent to the remote central control unit via RS485 networking cable.Finally,the main monitoring computer in the central control department analyzes those parameters and sends the instructions back to the action units via the network to change the status of the switch or adjust the circumstance inside the box-type substation.This is so-called "four remote function"of the intelligent box-type substation. |
