The Low-Voltage Distribution Network Online Monitoring System Based On C/S And B/S Mixed Structure

The Distribution Network is charged with all electricity tasks of users.And the Low-Voltage Distribution Network(LVDN)carry the tasks of users up to 70%,so the stability and the reliability of the LVDN extremely important for the industrial production and people’s living.But for a long time,the LVDN is the weakest operation of the power system.This results mainly caused by the following aspects:First,people have insufficient attention to the LVDN.And there is the lack of appropriate maintenance for the LVDN.Second,most of the LVDN is voluntarily maintained by the cells or plants.The maintenance staffs level of expertise is varies.Sometimes the fault don’t timely troubleshoot,but the incorrect maintenance deteriorate the equipment of the LVDN.Third,there is no effective online monitoring system for the LVDN.For the situation of the LVDN,it is very meaningful to real-timely monitor the LVDN.The maintenance staffs of the low voltage distribution network can be divided into field service staff and company management.By the combination of two types staffs and the application of network technology,this paper will design an open and secure on-line monitoring system of the LVDN-The Distribution Network Online Monitoring System Based on low-voltage C/S and B/S Mixed Structure.The system is assembled by data monitoring terminal,the system of C/S structure and the system of the B/S structure.The data monitoring terminal includes the Data Collection and the Data Concentrator.The Data Collection is mainly responsible for collecting the data of electricity and non-electricity of the LVDN,and Data Concentrator is mainly responsible for uploading the data of the Data Collection to PC Monitor.The system of C/S structure is mainly assembled by the client and data servers.The client can receive data from the data concentrator,represent data to users and deploy the information of the system of B/S structure.The database server mainly storage the data of the low voltage distribution,and provide the data for each client.The system of B/S structure is mainly designed for the maintenance staffs of the LVDN,and it will post maintenance information of the LVDN.The structure is composed of the browsers,the WEB servers and database servers.This paper describes the design of the online monitoring system by the following three aspects:1.The design of the data monitoring terminal:The design of the data collection includes hardware,software and monitoring for the temperature of the Busbars.2.The design of the Database:the design includes the table of database used by the structure of B/S and C/S,the association of the table and database permissions.3.The design of application software:the design includes the client software of the system of C/S structure and the WEB server of the system of B/S structure.Through the actual application,the system can work well on monitoring the LVDN.
