In recent years,with the development of the automatic technology and advanced manufacturing technology,in the aviation manufacturing enterprises and major maintenance factories,the high requirements of the special detecting equipment in the manufacturing process is presented.As an indispensable component of the aircrafts,aircraft tubes are widely used in aircraft hydraulic systems,environmental control systems and fuel systems.In order to ensure that a certain pressure intensity is achieved,the pressure strength of the aircraft tubes must be detected.The method of the detecting is mainly the use of pressure detecting equipment,and then to pressurize,regulate pressure,hold pressure,relieve pressure.At present,in the workshop of manufacturing tubes of the domestic aviation enterprises,the pressure detecting equipment belong to the traditionally Manual operation.In addition,the pressure detecting equipment have lowly pressure control accuracy and poor stability.These have seriously affected the detecting quality and the production efficiency,and cannot adapt to the requirements of modern aviation manufacturing.Therefore,the aviation manufacturing enterprises urgently need a special pressure detecting equipment with the highly automation and the stable and reliable.According to the requirements of aviation manufacturing enterprises,liquid pressurization test equipment for pressure strength detecting of the aircraft tubes was designed with the feature such as highly automation,high efficiency,green,stable and reliable.The composition,function,work process and features of the equipment was particularly described.The liquid pressurization system was designed in detail,and the major components of each parts was selected and calculated.The mechanical structure layout for the each system of the equipment was carried out through CATIA,and the three-dimensional digital assembly model of the whole equipment was displayed.The composition and principle of the control system of the equipment was described,and the control process of liquid pressurization system was designed.The modeling and simulation for the liquid pressurization system was carried outthrough AMESim,the actual pressure characteristics during the supercharging process and the design rationality of the liquid pressurization system were verified.
