In recent years, with the rapid development of the high-tech industries for domestic aerospace industry, great changes have happened. In the field of aviation manufacturing industry, the demand for high quality, high efficiency, green, intelligent and automatic production equipment is urgent and high requirements are proposed. Tubes are an important component of the aircrafts and are widely utilized, playing an important role in hydraulic transmission control system and liquid or gas service system. Especially in the hydraulic transmission control system, tubes' quality are directly affect the capability and safety of flight. Most flight accidents are caused by pollution of hydraulic system. The pollution comes from external and internal pollutants, such as some metal welding slag, chips, molding sand, and oil pollution that is left in tubes during links in manufacturing, maintenance, and using. The traditional cleaning methods exploiting metal wire and organic solvent soaked cotton balls to clean tubes' inner hasn't satisfy the current cleaning requirements of high cleanliness. Applying better cleaning methods cleaning tubes is quite necessary to meet the high quality requirements of cleanliness cleaning, which will match high cleaning requirements.In order to meet and realize the requirement of high quality, high efficiency, green, intelligent and automatic cleaning for cleaning thinner, longer tubes, according to the requirements of aviation manufacturers, an equipment should be designed to improve tubes cleaning quality and efficiency. For there being no equipments for cleaning aircraft tubes in current domestic industrial cleaning, according to the practical needs of aviation manufacturers, combining with the advanced cleaning technology, the types of pollutants in the process of tube forming, and the characteristics of the present cleaning method and technology, we propose a cleaning technology to satisfy the requirements of high cleanliness. According to the cleaning process and characteristics, exploiting digital design methods, analyzing the main cleaning process and conducting the fluid simulation and analysis for the pipe flow characteristics, the structure and general layout of the equipment are reasonably designed so that the design of high cleanliness cleaning equipment for aircraft tubes is completed.
