With the rise and development of domestic aviation industry, manufacturing factories inaviation area need higher quality and more efficient equipment to face their needs. Tubes arevitally important components in aircraft, especially in hydraulic system and liquid or gasservice system, and they play an important role in keeping flight safe, for most flightaccidents are caused by pollution of hydraulic system. The major pollution comes fromexternal and internal, such as some metal welding slag, chips, molding sand that would be leftin tubes during links in manufacturing, fixing, and using. Then tubes cleaning is quiteimportant to the quality of tubes. Traditional cleaning process for cleaning tubes usuallymakes attention to soak tubes in organic solvents or cleaning by hands, which could notsatisfy modern cleaning requirements any more, and more advanced cleaning method shouldtake place of the method in traditional cleaning process to match higher cleaningrequirements.An equipment should be designed to face requirements of higher quality, more efficient,and greener cleaning for cleaning thinner, longer tubes in batch, by the requirements fromaviation factory, and then tubes cleaning quality and efficiency should be improved. For thereshould be no equipments for cleaning aircraft tubes in domestic industrial cleaning, we startfrom actual needs, finished collection and analysis of domestic and foreign advanced cleaningmethods, from practical view. Then we make a choice to select an appropriate method appliedin cleaning equipment after analyzing differences among them combined with potentialpollutants in manufacturing process. Thirdly, a specialized cleaning process was designed bysumming up characteristics of traditional cleaning process and advanced cleaning technology.Fourthly, we finished a modern design of the cleaning equipment for cleaning aircraft tubes inbatch with design ideas from different subject areas and details in cleaning process. And at theend, main cleaning processes were verified and analyzed to perfect design, and then a processsimulation was made to realize the whole cleaning process visualization.
