Energy industry is one of the important industries in the human society.With the improvement of the industrial level and the living standard,the power resources are decreasing.Therefore,the vibration energy is collected in the natural environment so that the mechanical vibration energy can be converted into the electricity in the life,which has attracted the attention of the majority of researchers.Researchers have found that converting the vibrational energy in the environment into the required electrical energy can use the inverse effect of the magnetically controlled shape memory alloy(MSMA),which can provide power to the miniature sensors and lithium batteries.Therefore,the experiment platform of the MSMA vibration energy harvesting and the power management circuit are mainly studied in the paper.Firstly,the research background and the research status of the vibration generator at home and abroad are briefly introduced.The deformation mechanism of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy is clarified,and the main contents and directions of the paper are identified.Secondly,according to the deformation mechanism of MSMA,the mathematic model of MSMA vibration generator is established,which is the mathematical model of the relationship between vibration stress and output voltage.The mathematical model is analyzed by Matlab,and the relationship between the vibration stress and the output voltage is analyzed.The experiments of the vibration stress and the output voltage on the generator bench testify the correctness of the relationship between the vibration stress and the output voltage in the simulation results.Thirdly,the power management system based on the DC/DC boost converter circuit and the power management system based on the LTC3108 and LTC4070 are proposed in order to collect the low-voltage alternating current(AC)which is outputted from the MSMA vibration energy harvesting device to output stable DC power for the load.The simulation results of the circuit are analyzed and the stability of the output voltage is verified.The vibration energy is collected and the power is stably supplied for the load.Finally,the power management system based on the BQ25570 is designed and the vibration energy is collected to continuously supply electricity for the load.The BQ25570 internal structures and functions are analyzed.The power management circuit based on BQ25570 is designed and simulated by OrCAD.The experiment platform of vibration generator is set up.The experiment proves that when the input amplitude and frequency change,the circuit can output stable DC.The continuous and stable power is supplied for the load in order to better meet the requirements of the storage capacity and the storage efficiency.The research results of the paper are summarized,and the research contents are pointed out and the subsequent research works of MSMA vibration generator are clarified.
