Concrete pump is the most important equipment of modem construction equipment,it combine the concrete pump,concrete delivery pipe and car chassis together by a serious of design,organically to achieve efficiently,quickly and accurately complete the concrete pouring tasks.Pump truck boom system as one of the most important part of the concrete pump truck,mainly responsible for transporting concrete,so it most directly determines the quality and efficiency of concrete construction pouring.In work,by adjusting the boom cylinder action and turret corners,boom can achieve accurate pouring location,then through the duct on the boom transfer concrete delivery directly to the point.In a variety of conditions,the action of pouring need the control of balance loop,and in the loop hydraulic balance circuit,balancing valve is the most important hydraulic element.In order to achieve the rapid deployment boom,leak-free locking,stable recovery and prevent boom vibration and other functions,while achieving the overall work of the pump,the hydraulic boom system needs balancing valve with excellent static and dynamic properties.In this paper,LHDV(Load-holding valves type LHDV)balancing valve which mainly used in pump truck boom system was studied,and have analysis the structure characteristics and working principle of LHDV balance valve,which provide the direction and foundation of research work.And also,by theoretical analysis and Fluent simulation verified the hydrodynamic force of main spool,by using AMESim analyzed the control characteristics,the characteristics of fretting and dynamic characteristics of LHDV balance valve.By building the balancing valve performance test platform,test the characteristics of the LHDV balancing valve,and mutual authentication experiment and Simulation.Finally,based on the previous text,proposed optimization design scheme of LHDV load balancing valve vibration suppression characteristics.Our work provide theoretical support for in-depth study of the concrete pump truck boom system balancing valves.There are 6 chapters in this paper:In chapter 1,describes the composition and development of concrete pump truck,introduces the balancing valve in the boom system application.Summarizes the existing balance valve products and research,analysis of various types of balance valve,working principle,advantages and disadvantages,then put forward the research meaning and content,and to develop a technology roadmap,pointed out the research difficulty.In chapter 2,LHDV balancing valve works and structures were analyzed,and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of LHDV balance according by the structural,provides the basis and direction for subsequent modeling,simulation and experimental work.In chapter 3,through theoretical analysis,Fluent simulation,building AMESim simulation model,analyze the characteristics of the LHDV balance valve.In chapter 4,test the performance of the LHDV balance valve on the test bench,and verify the accuracy of the AMESim model.In chapter 5,set up and simulate the optimal design scheme for solve the problem that the LHDV has poor load fluctuation characteristic.In chapter 6,the main work of this paper is summarized,and the further research work and direction are prospected according to the present research situation.
