With the rapid development of construction machinery industry,concrete pump in the construction of the project has been widely used.To improve the economic efficiency,new requirements are put forward to the pump performance.Pump automatic control system is a core key technology of pump truck control system,but also a difficult technology.In this paper,the boom system of concrete pump is taken as the object of study,and two models of rigid boom and flexible boom are considered respectively.The buckling algorithm is used to solve the inverse dynamics of the boom.According to the given trajectory,the joint simulation model of boom dynamics,hydraulic system and automatic fabric control is established by using Matlab,AMESim and ADAMS combined simulation technology,and the arm model of the boom system is established.Based on solidworks,the three-dimensional model of boom system is established.And the feasibility of the automatic fabric control system is verified by the simulation method.The simulation results show that the automatic fabric control system proposed in this paper can realize the automatic fabric according to the predetermined trajectory and has good stability,which provides a reliable theoretical basis and simulation method for the control technology of the automatic fabric control technology.
