The concrete pump truck is a kind of construction machine which is used to pour concrete continuously in the modern construction. Many domestic manufacturers make all kinds of concrete pump trucks, however the technolevel and reliability of these products is uneven. The wire or wireless remote control is used to control the distributor boom of domestic concrete pump truck, but this isn't genuine autocontrol. By simulating and optimizing of pouring position and cylinder variation, the theory of positional autocontrol of distributor boom is presented in this thesis. Based on the geometrical relation of framework and kinematic theory, the mathematic model of distributor boom is put forward. By simulating, the influence of four-pole during the movement of distributor boom is analysed. By optimizing, the best economical motorial track which can offer kinematic theory for the positional control is put forward.. By building mathematic model, the dynamic formulation of positional control is put forward. The system is simulated by using VB programme. The conclusion that the pouring position and track of distributor boom can be under control by controlling the cylinder's length is validated in this thesis.
