In recent years,with the deepening of the intelligent power system,as the main equipment in the power system,the operating state of the high-voltage switch cabinet has a vital impact on the safe and reliable operation of the power system.In order to ensure the reliability of power supply,it is more and more important to carry out continuous and stable on-line monitoring of the operation state of the high voltage switchgear.At present,the research on the on-line monitoring system for high-voltage switchgear is mainly based on the monitoring information,which can not fully reflect the status information of the switchgear.There is also a problem that the communication protocol is not uniform and can not guarantee the reliability and stability of information transmission among devices.In this paper,a comprehensive on-line monitoring system of KYN28A-12 10 kV switchgear based on IEC61850 communication standard is designed.The system can detect the potential faults and hazards in the equipment and reduce the negative influence and loss of equipment accident,also with a very important engineering value and economic value.First of all,through the reference literature,to understand the domestic and foreign high voltage switchgear on-line monitoring technology research status and the main problems,on the basis of the system to determine the content of the study.The basic research route of the system is determined,and the overall design of the system is made.The communication protocol model of IEC61850 is analyzed;The different monitoring contents are analyzed to study the feasibility and necessity of implementing on-line monitoring,and the monitoring strategy adopted in this system is put forward.In addition,the system is stratified according to the IEC61850 communication standard,and each layer in the system is described.And then the hardware and software design of the system.In hardware design,including sensor selection and installation,in the circuit breaker contact temperature monitoring,in view of the traditional fiber grating temperature sensor sensitivity is not high problem,designed a sensitive package FBG temperature sensor,through the simulation,sensitivity of the device are improved by 7 times than the encapsulation before.In addition,the system of FPGA + DSP dual-CPU core processor is designed,including the design of core processor peripheral circuit,power supply,control mode and the system information acquisition module.The design of the system includes the design of operational amplifying circuit,filter circuit and A /D converter.The working mode of the system is designed.The expert assistant system of CCD camera is put forward in switch room,bus room and cable room.The design of FPGA + DSP software,subprogram of each monitoring unit,software design of industrial computer,video monitoring software and communication of IEC61850 are also completed in the software design and hardware design.At last,the prototype of the system is set up in the prototype of 10 k V switch cabinet.The test results show that it is qualified,also the interface display of system IPC and the remote monitoring terminal platform are also working properly.
