| Engine room monitoring and alarming system is an important sign of the ship automation level,the operating state of each equipment in the engine room is monitored through the real-time collection of temperature,pressure,liquid level and other important parameters,which is very significant to the ship operation safety.The sensor technology and industrial site data communication is crucial part of the engine room monitoring and alarming technology,the development of engine room monitoring and alarming system is closely linked to the application of computer information automation.Based on an extensive reading of reference literatures,the general developing situation of engine room monitoring and alarming system technology,WSN technology,ZigBee protocol stack and CAN bus technology has been firstly elaborated,then the shortcomings of the traditional fieklbus engine room monitoring and alarming system have been summarized,combined with the relevant features of WSN and CAN bus technology,the total design scheme based on WSN and CAN bus technology has been proposed.Moreover,the design of hardware and software of system has been completed respectively.Aim at the hardware design,CC2530 chip has been selected as the microprocessor for the sensor board and gateway board,then the design of data collection circuit,power circuit,CAN communication circuit and other circuits has been elaborated respectively.As for the software design,the wireless communication,CAN/ZigBee bus communication protocol conversion,CAN communication and design of upper computer softtware framework have been elaborated,some core parts have been explained in the form of code and process flow chart.Finally,on the experimental condition,a practical object production have been carried out,and through the test of system software&hardware,CAN communication and whole system,the feasibility and correctness of this monitoring and alarming system have been proved.In this paper,the design of this engine room monitoring and alarming system based on WSN and CAN communication can achieve the expected design goaL.Compared with the traditional engine room monitoring and alarming system,it is characterized with easy installation,convenient maintenance,good compatibility,strong transportability and other advantages,and it is of a great significance to inprove the ship automation level and study the application of internet of things technology in ship domain. |
