Engine is a common and widely-used power device.As the center part of engine,the processing quality of cylinder block affects the performance and service life of engine directly.Due to the complexity of manufacturing process,various working procedure and great processing difficulty,there is a need to make quality control in the manufacturing process to ensure the quality in the qualified range,reduce the failure rate and unnecessary cost for enterprise.Firstly,based on the manufacturing process of engine cylinder block as the research object,the manufacturing crafts and characteristics are elaborated,on the basis of which the manufacturing process quality control requirement of engine cylinder block is analyzed,and the basic framework of manufacturing process quality control method and system of engine cylinder block is built.Secondly,the support technologies such as RFID and OPC are introduced,and the production data acquisition method of engine cylinder block manufacturing process based on RFID technology is proposed,realizing the quality tracing of engine cylinder block manufacturing process.Then,the manufacturing process quality prediction method of engine cylinder block based on LS-SVM is proposed,the manufacturing process quality prediction model of engine cylinder block based on LS-SVM is built,and the process of engine cylinder block honing angle is verified as an example,aiming at reducing the failure rate of engine cylinder block and the cost caused by repair.Finally,under the guidance of the above theory and technology,with the engine cylinder block manufacturing process of a engine company as the example,the quality control system for engine cylinder block manufacturing process is developed,and applied to the actual manufacturing process and obtains good effects,improving the guidance and technical support for improving the stability of engine cylinder block manufacturing process quality.
