Job shop logistics is a complex productive process,and the features of material demand are many kinds,high frequency,often fluctuate and so on.Intelligent logistics is an effective way to improve the efficiency of production workshop,and Material delivery is the most important part in logistics?So timely,accurate and highly efficient material distribution can ensure stability of production process and efficiency.Efficient distribution system can reduce the waste of material and reduce the production cost.In view of the current job shop material distribution exist such problems as low efficiency,lack of effective working condition of real-time information,analyzing the scheduling problem of material distribution system which equipped with intelligent distribution unit,to realize the optimization he material distribution process of job shop problem.This paper puts forward the concept of intelligent distribution Units and Units system.First of all,researching function module of distribution units,data structure,the physical architecture of a single intelligent distribution unit.Aiming at the traditional material distribution system,this paper puts forward a distribution model based on multi intelligent distribution unit.In this chapter,designing the related key technologies such as digital map building,path planning,collision avoidance,and build the Unit system for the hardware and software platform.Based on the FTPC platform to achieve the operation of Unit and path tracking control,and the control operation process of single Unit is obtained.Secondly,the distribution system of material demand response under multi Unit cooperation is studied.The function module,data structure and the top structure are designed.Combined with the principle of blackboard,the multi Unit system is processed in parallel to realize the global management of multi Unit system.Finally,combined with the principle of blackboard system Unit multi task material processing,the simulation experiment was carried out at the end of the workshop of multi Unit cooperative system of traffic system;test the application effect of the timing control algorithm and induction control algorithm in traffic strategy control,traffic strategy to determine the best traffic mode,to achieve effective management on the multi Unit system.
