The paper which based on engineer algorithm analyzes projectile aerodynamic characteristis of the engineering calculation method of the theory systematacially.Then,missile aerodynamic calculation software was created by this paper.In the early stage of projectile shape design,the software will provide a reliable reference for the layout design of aerodynamic missile.First,this paper summarizes the basic theory of aerodynamic engineering algorithm,including component combination method,linear theory,slender body theory,aerodynamic interference theory(wing-body interference,wing-tail interference).Aerodynamic engineering algorithm is analysed systematacially,including pitching moment coefficient, yawing moment coefficient,rolling moment coefficient,the pressure center coefficient,pitching dynamic derivative and roll rotation derivatives.Some aerodynamic characteristics calculation methods are also referred.For example,supersonic projectile phase was calculated by Whitcomb"area law".Some aerodynamic engineering calculation method in high Mach number was discussed in the paper,including the Newton flow theory.Second,the software of missile aerodynamic calculation software is programmed on the.NET Framework platform using C#.The software is easy to use,friendly interface,can quickly get the main aerodynamic parameters.The software design principles,the design of the overall program,the layout of the interface,the function of the module and the parameters of the description are also analysed in the paper.Finally,the aerodynamic characteristics on separate body,mortar missile,tail missile and wing body tail combination are calculated by the software in this paper.The calculation results are compared with wind tunnel experiment parameters.The errors are within the range of accuracy in engineering design.This shows that the software has a certain application in the early stage of missile design,and can meet the requirements of the initial aerodynamic shape design.
