As a brand new type of intermittent mechanism which has advantages like simple structure,smaller volume,much indexing number and high load-capacity,inner displaced indexing cam mechanism might be widely used in the future.In the field of this kind of mechanism,a lot of research has been carried out and a mass of achievements have been obtained.Based on the achievements about this mechanism,the influence of some parameters on the accuracy of the mechanism is discussed through theoretical analysis,experimental test,simulation analysis and other means.In this paper,transmission accuracy and torsional stiffness of the mechanism are tested,the internal bearing stiffness of the mechanism are modeled and carried out,which is considered in the finite element model of the mechanism with meshing state between cam and pins,then torsion stiffness simulation is carried out.Firstly,the transmission accuracy of inner displaced indexing cam mechanism is experimental tested,the repetition accuracy,indexing accuracy,residence accuracy and axial endplay are obtained.Related conclusion about transmission accuracy is gained by comparison analyzing the correlation parameters of the RV reducer.Secondly,the torsional stiffness of inner displaced indexing cam mechanism is tested and experimental data is gained after designing and building the test platform.Through the analysis,the conclusion is drawn and the main factors affecting the torsional stiffness are discussed.Then,aimed at the nonlinear problem of bearing stiffness in this mechanism which is one of the main factors affecting the torsional stiffness,the internal force analysis of the mechanism and bearing stiffness are carried out.The results are analyzed and the method of improving the bearing stiffness is discussed.Finally,a finite element model which is closer to the actual situation is built by considering the nolinear bearing stiffness and meshing state between cam and pins.The influence of bearing stiffness and meshing state on torsional stiffness of the mechanism is discussed by comparison analyzing the torsional stiffness simulation results and experimental test results.
