Double meshing tooth needle cam indexing mechanism which is designed on the basis of cycloid drive and cam indexing mechanism and has the advantages of compact structure,large indexing number and wide application prospect,is a new type of the indexing cam mechanism.The transmission accuracy has a direct impact on the accuracy of the terminal output,and its detection is also a relatively weak link.Therefore,the development of the test bench is of great significance.Based on the relevant research results,the use of digital simulation technology and virtual instrument technology,static indexing precision and dynamic indexing accuracy of the double meshing pin gear cam indexing mechanism was studied by using modern test technology,sensor technology and computer technology,and draw some conclusions.Firstly,The platform of transmission accuracy based on the Lab VIEW and testing method are designed.After choosing the main hardware equipment,its working principle,measuring principle,main applications are described.Secondly,the software of the platform is developed,and the functions of online setting,data acquisition,display and saving are accomplished by using LabVIEW software.Combined with the testing methods the design of static measurement function and dynamic measurement function are completed,and the purpose of system measurement and control is achieved.Thirdly,the solid model of this mechanism is established by using SolidWorks,then the virtual prototype model is established by ADAMS software.Through the multi-rigid-body dynamics simulation of the virtual prototype model,the simulation results are obtained,and the calibration accuracy curve of the prototype under the dynamic simulation is analyzed.By setting the clearance values at different meshing positions,the effects of different clearances on the transmission accuracy of the mechanism are obtained.It provides theoretical data for the comparison and analysis of the experiment.Finally,through the debugging of the system,the prototype is tested and the static indexing accuracy and the dynamic indexing accuracy are obtained.After the comparison and analysis of relevant parameters and simulation parameters of this type of mechanism,the relevant conclusions of the transmission accuracy of the mechanism are obtained.The reliability of the test bench is verified...
