This thesis applies the virtual kind prototyping technology,according to the ADAMS software establishes the dynamic model,and researches the accuracy problem of a new kind of high-speed indexing cam mechanism according to that model.This thesis introduces research status of the mechanism accuracy and indexing cam mechanism accuracy,in addition,the basic theories and methods of the accuracy research. The research method and route is put forward.This thesis builds up 3D model base on the Pro/E, exports the 3D model to the ADAMS,then the dynamic simulation is carried on. Given different input,contact stiffness,contact damping,the model is tested. Considered contact stiffness and damping as the variable factor,with a target of minimum of the average output angle error,model optimize results is gotten. Referred cam theory and experimental data,the reliability of the dynamic model is verified.This thesis carries on the accuracy research according to the dynamic model. The cam angle error,cam-manufacturing error,in addition,mechanism component size error except the cam is considered as the main error factors. Used errors sources as variable parameters in the model, the parameterized ADAMS dynamic model of the new indexing cam is set up. Generated parameters according to Monte Carlo method,simulation is carried on. Analyzed multi-parameter change impact on the output,the error parameter sensitivity is gotten.This thesis gives two examples of accuracy comprehensive study according to the accuracy analysis.
