With the rapid development of social economy,commercial pedestrian street has attracted more and more attention as an important public space.Since the functional diversity of commercial pedestrian street,it can be a place in which a variety of commercial activities,cultural activities,entertainment and other activities can happen,it continues to attract a large number of people gather.Highly dense crowd can increase the popularity of commercial pedestrian street,at the same time it also brings a potential risk.In recent years,high-density crowd accidents happen frequently,which seriously threat to people's life and property safety,high density crowd safety issues should be paid close attention.When the sudden accident or disaster comes,how quickly the crowd evacuated to safe areas is an important means of ensuring security,so this study has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the digital technology is applied to the study of population safe evacuation,first introduced evacuation basic theories and methods of numerical simulation,secondly analyzed the evacuation difficulties of commercial pedestrian street and evacuation characteristics of high-density population,then choose Tianjin Ancient Culture Street as a typical commercial pedestrian street to conduct field research,once again,on the basis of research,combine the research data with computer simulations,using Building Exodus to establish evacuation model and analyze the simulation results.To explore how to quickly and efficiently disperse the crowd,this article treat RSET as the main evaluation criteria,adopt methods of control variables in the same other conditions,the shorter the time people needed,the street is safer.This paper analyze the factors affecting RSET from the dynamic characteristics of the crowd,spatial characteristics of neighborhoods and so on.Finally draw the conclusion that which factors affecting the safety of evacuation time and its characters.In the end of the article,put forward a number of recommendation from the design of commercial pedestrian street,the post-operation and crowd management about how to raise high-density population evacuation safety and also given appropriate evacuation strategy.
