With the attention rate of the environmental protection issues caused by the use of fossil fuel such as oil improving,the global development of clean energy requirement is increasing rapidly,which make the new energy vehicles have the opportunity to develop vigorously.The large-scale promotion of electric vehicles will lead to the development of the charging and charging facilities,and will have a great impact on the power supply and demand,market economy and energy-saving and emission-reduction strategies.In this paper firstlybased on theintroduction of the electric vehicle charging mode and the battery replacement mode,the conditions of different electric vehicles used in different modes and the applicable conditions of different types of electric vehicle charging and changing facilitiesare analyzed,the battery charging and switching mode and the type of charging facilities layout planningare presented.Secondly,based on the principle of HDEBCalgorithm,a comprehensive optimization mathematical model is established,which takes the maximum comprehensive benefit as the objective function,and the power demand and the capacity of the charging station as constraints.HDEBC algorithm is used to optimize the charging station layout,the feasibility and reliability of the model and algorithm are verified by a practical example.Finally,considering the electric vehicle battery charging and discharging participating in the unified dispatching to achieve power grid load balance,the actual data is used to compare and analyze the large-scale electric vehicles participating in power grid load peak load regulation,which indicated that the large-scale electric vehicle participating in peak load regulation has a significant effect on reducing the peak and valley difference of power grid and reducing the pressure of the power grid.
