The secondary monitoring system of the primary substation is a system for real-time monitoring of the operation status of the high-voltage side equipment of the intelligent substation.In today's society,electricity has become an important source of energy.The long-term operation of power equipment,especially high-voltage power equipment,is prone to a series of problems such as equipment failure and insulation aging,and the fault symptom is not obvious,the equipment maintenance is difficult.So the real-time monitoring of the high-voltage equipment,can promptly reflect the work of the equipment,insulation problems,the degree of failure,serious problems in the equipment before the repair and replacement,which not only ensure the stability of the grid operation,but also improve the power equipment reliability.In this paper,the intelligent substation on-line equipment monitoring system is studied.Firstly,the intelligent substation on-line monitoring system background is described,and the status of domestic and foreign equipment monitoring development is introduced,focusing on the transformer and GIS combination.The existing intelligent substation on-line monitoring system problems are summarized.Then,through the comparative analysis of the existing online monitoring system framework,the IEC61850 standard based online monitoring system framework is designed,based on which the online monitoring system sub-module design is accomplished according to the common fault type of the transformer and GIS equipment.The application of the key technologies is analyzed and verified using algorithm comparison and simulation test.Finally,combined with the actual work,taking the 220kV Kugou substation as an example,the actual structure and configuration principle of the on-line monitoring system are compared with the off-line monitoring data,which proves the accuracy,practicability and stability of the monitoring system.The actual operation experience also shows that it can collect and monitor the substation in real time,providing the equipment operation status,the timely notification of various abnormal states through the failure analysis system automatically.The generated analysis reports are helpful for accurate and rapid fault location and the development of the effective maintenance strategy to improve equipment life and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
