As an important part of the smart grid,substation intelligent monitoring,which aims for making the power system can be controlled in real-time running status,while as the main technology platform of substation monitoring,software is to ensure stable operation of the power system.Currently,the auxiliary monitoring software for transformer substation has many discrepancies for the development platform and level,a variety of software run independently dispersed with monitoring information not formed a unified transmission standard.Therefore,to improve the integration of intelligent substation internal monitoring unit,define entry and exit of standard data,unify standard data modeling and exhibition,these enable staff to complete the substation equipment,which is operated in a platform of on-line monitoring,and the state of Running device status diagnosis and evaluation of imminent is urgent extremely.This paper describes the analysis and design of the intelligent substation online monitoring and decision support system software specialist.Based on data communication protocol IEC61850,unified communications,storage,analysis,display of the data of different devices and monitoring methods is achieved,combining with fault diagnosis algorithm to diagnose the state of the device.The intelligent substation on-line monitoring and decision-support expert software development model is identified in this paper.Meanwhile,a detailed analysis of the functional requirements,the overall design and modular design of the software is shown.On one hand,based on the types and services characteristic of monitoring data,database storage structure is partitioned and the power designer as a modeling tool is used with indubitability data definition and implement the construction of the data table.On the other hand,database optimization scheme is proposed in an internal database and SSH programming architecture,for decision support function of the software implementation,the knowledge base of relating the fault diagnosis data is independently given and relevant design ideas are shown.From the design and development of software layers modeling,data communications,programming,follow the rules established by the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC61850 protocol layers of logical nodes are modeled.It provides mapping to MMS communication protocol stack by building ACSI Services,after codec MMS to accomplish the data transfer and control the substation,the software can access primary equipment monitoring data of different manufacturers seamlessly.Finally,the software can be designed to achieve real-time display and update various types of substation monitoring data,at the same time,the data is analysis by embedded fault diagnosis algorithm,and fault warning is given.As a consequence,operating conditions of transformer is reflected real-time.By the substation actual operation,the software can be proved safe and reliable.
