Variant design can improve design quality and design efficiency for products with similar structure,shorten development cycle,make the products meet demand of market quickly.In this paper,key techniques such as variant strategy of part,simulation verification method and application of expert knowledge in mechanical design are studied deeply and systemly in this paper.An intelligent variant design platform is developed for a general motion simulator.Based on dimension change probability model,a variant strategy is proposed.Through analyzing dimension type of component and dimension transfer method,dimension constraint relationship network is established.By using dimension constraint network and delay strategy,a method to deal with conflict of dimension transfer is proposed.Based on Bayes formula,probability model of dimension change is built,and variant strategy is determined.By using ANSYS secondary development technology and machine learning method,intelligent simulation and verification techniques are studied in this paper.Based on motion characteristics of motion simulator,statics analysis and modal analysis for key parts of motion simulator are conducted.Base on MFC and ANSYS,automatic simulation platform is developed in accordance with APDL demand,automatic simulation function is implemented.Based on BP neural network model,a parameter based computer verification method is presented,it is verified by an example of design verification for the motion simulator.Based on JavaScript and C++,assistant methods of mechanical design knowledge in variant design are studied.Characteristics of design knowledge is analyzed and design knowledge is divided into three categories.With different characteristics of each type of knowledge,representing and preserving methods in data structure of computer programming is proposed.Based on design environment of Pro/E and corresponding design knowledge,a intelligent variant design platform is developed.Expert knowledge database is constructed by using JavaScript program.Through the cooperation of script program and intelligent design main program,dynamic assistant of design knowledge in the design process is implemented.According to demand of market,a general motion simulator is designed,and an intelligent variant design platform is developed for it,which is composed of variant design module,expert knowledge module and design verification module,intelligent variant design for motion simulator is implemented.By means of deep and system research on key techniques in variant design such as variant strategy,design verification method and knowledge aided design,a complete and effective solution for intelligent variant design of mechanical products is provided in this paper. |
