UAV has been widely used in the field of civilian applications in recent years,such as aerial survey,electricity inspection,agricultural production.Its application of diversification of all aspects of UAV performance also put forward higher requirements,such as long-distance operations flight,task load,high-definition image transmission and so on.As the UAV system on the ground side,UAV ground station system has a crucial role,mainly to complete the stable flight and flight mission of UAV.Therefore,this paper focuses on the industrial unmanned aerial vehicle ground station system communication control,functional modules,task regulation,status monitoring and related technologies.In this thesis,the design of an industrial ground station system is completed with the support of the actual scientific research project from hardware circuit,image acquisition,image receive to the ground station control software,and the realization process is given according to the division of the functional modules.The communication link between the UAV control system and the ground station system is wireless link.Radio is connected to ground station by serial.The data encapsulation,sending and parsing is based on the MAVLink communication protocol.The monitoring module includes the loading of the electronic map and the FFmpeg Decoding library calls etc.A STM32 processor is adopted as the main control module of the ground station,and the status information collected on the control board is sent to the ground station software through the serial port.The main functions on the control board include the status of the radio connection,the display of the power status and the setting of the function keys.The keyboard is used to write the paremeters of flight control,and the joystick is used to adjust the UAV posture.The image acquisition,coding,sending and receving of the main image transmission issues were studied to achieve the HDMI Signal reception.H.264 coding standard is chosen compared to different video coding.Then the video is coded and output TS video stream,which is transmitted to ground station through network port and played by software.Ground control software is designed according to the function module from the software Interface,state monitoring,instruction control,data communication and data storage,which is realized by using C# in Visual Studio compiler environment based on.Net platform.The ground station system is designed based on industrial applications,such as high-voltage cable inspection,which is tested to ensure that more than 2km communication distance,image transmission delay of less than 350 ms,and its weight is less than 20 kg.The ground station software can control UAV by sending instructions and display aircraft flight attitude and video images in real-time.Electronic map can support waypoint editing and track task writing.The indicator led on the ground control panel can show whether the power is normal or not.The OLED screen displays the status of the radio connection.After the flight mission test,the entire ground station system can meet the industrial design needs.
