The Shenzhen metro line 1 is now using the German Sieme’s ATC(Automatic Train Control)system which is based on the digital track circuit.When the train’s on-board equipment doesn’t receive the messege normally and adopt protective measures,the crash gear occurs.Therefore,it is necessary to do research and implement the crash gear protection system to Shenzhen metro line 1.In this thesis,according to the analysis of ATP emergency brake trigger curve’s principle of CBTC system,the calculation process of emergency brake trigger curve of crash gear protection system is given.And various functions of the crash gear protection system are implemented.This thesis emphasized on several aspects as following:1.Based on the force analysis of the moving train,including the traction,the resistance and the braking force,the single point motion model of the train is established.2.According to the research of the causes of inaccurate positioning of the train,this thesis analyzes the principle of the emergency brake trigger curve of the train and gives the calculation process of the emergency brake curve of crash gear protection system.3.Starting from the requirements and principles of the crash gear protection system,this thesis presents a deep research on crash gear protection system of Shenzhen Metro Line 1.In this section,the system’s functional limitations and structure are given.Moreover,the border and software of vehicle subsystem and track side system of crash gear protection system are designed and implemented.Finally,double 2-Vote-2 algorithm of a host vehicle in return and main line running is build.4.Based on functional requirements of crash gear protection system,the monitor software,with UDP transmission protocol and three trackside protocol frame(train data frame,trackside state frame,control frame)to achieve the LCU(Local Communication Unit)state display,train state display,trackside state display,vehicle and trackside debugging,log storage,copy and check and other functions on monitor,was designed and implemented.And the 16 bit CRC redundancy check is realized in the process of data transmission,which enhances the security of the data.5.According to the structure and function of crash gear protection system,the overall test is designed and a separate test table is given.The system is tested in the laboratory and Shenzhen metro line 1 separately,and then the test data is compared.All tests make Shenzhen metro line 1 not only meet the crash gear protection requirement but also successfully pass the inspection by Shenzhen Metro Corporation’s expert group.
