Research On The Design Strategy Of Opening Residential District In Urban Areas

As the main part of the city,the shape of the residential area determines the shape of the city.Under the guidance of the traditional residential planning model,the gated community in our country is very popular,which brings negative effects on traffic,texture and vitality.In recent years,with the common development of the residential area and city,the the opening residential district came into being,and the planning ways from the macro point of view can solve the above problems.In view of the limited development time,opening residential district has not yet formed a clear definition and model.The common practice in foreign countries is the design on the basis of blocks,which affected China’s residential district design.In practice and research,it is mainly to promote "residential block".However,the openness of this planning model is relatively high,and it can not fully fit our residential development model and the living habits of residents.Therefore,the paper puts forward the"transitional residential opening strategy",on the basis of breaking through the traditional residential planning concept and abandoning the gated community model,we can explore a feasible open residential mode.The article is arranged as follows:First of all,establish the object.Based on the background of interpretation,make the residential demand clear,and then point out the research purpose and significance;based on the related literature,summarize the connotation of the research object and its related concepts;Secondly,the rationality of the study is demonstrated.By reviewing the origin and development of gated community,point out the traditional residential district planning mode bringing out problems from four aspects(traffic,scale,facilities and public space),and point out the explore of opening residential district both at home and abroad;After that,the design method of the research object is discussed.By the analysis of three opening residential districts in Beijing(Jianwai SOHO,Coastal Sailuo City,Guogongzhuang Public Rental Housing),sum up a set of suitable strategies for China’s opening residential construction,and apply them in the transformation of the Huaqingyuan community;Finally,the paper summarizes the foregoing,points out the creative results and limitations of the research,and looks forward to the prospects of the study of opening residential distric.
