Study On The Renewal Of Public Space Landscape Of Old Residential Areas In Weibin District Of Baoji City Under The Concept Of Community Construction

With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,people pay more attention to the quality of living environment.Limited stock renewal of urban land will be the mainstream trend of urban development.Old residential areas,as cells of urban society,are the most important part of stock renewal.From the appearance of modern commercial housing to the depression of old residential areas,the traditional life attributes of residential areas have been weakened at all times.The obsolescence of material space has led to the removal of a large number of Aboriginal residents.The neighbourhood relationship between residents and tenants remains indifferent,and even some old residential areas have become "three communities" without competent units,property and guards.The frequent occurrence of these community problems is seriously inconsistent with the goal of building a harmonious society in China.How to rebuild the neighbourhood relationship of old residential areas,change the status of residents' ignorance of the environment of residential areas,and make them self-governing is a difficult problem to be solved urgently at present.Based on the concept of community building,this study takes the public space of old residential areas as the research object.Firstly,through literature research and case study,it clarifies the connotation of community building,analyses the objects,stages and principles of community building in the process of urban residential renewal.Secondly,it summarizes the specific content of landscape renewal of old residential areas,namely,spatial level,emotional level and governance.On the other hand,it clarifies the specific connotation,constituent elements,functions and significance of each level.Then,it puts forward a landscape renewal model which is helpful to the sustainable development of the old residential areas by taking the public space of the old residential areas as the carrier.Finally,taking the old residential renewal in Weibin District of Baoji City as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the landscape renewal mode and practice approach of the sustainable development of the old residential areas.Starting from the three aspects of public space optimization,neighborhood relationship construction and post-maintenance management of old residential areas,this paper provides technical support for the start,design,implementation and post-visit stages of residential renewal projects,witnesses the transformation of residents from indifference to active participation in all aspects of renewal and transformation,until the establishment of community self-management group,and realizes the autonomy and self-management of residential areas.The model has certain practicability and universality,which can provide some reference for the renewal and sustainable development of old residential areas in future cities.
