With the rapid development of China's economy,energy consumption,greenhouse gas emissions and environmental problems are very prominent.At the same time,the international cooperation process for global climate change is also at a new turning point,and the Durban platform negotiations have reached a framework agreement at the end of 2015 on an international regime to strengthen carbon reductions by 2020.Due to the "low carbon economy" brought about the fresh ideas and bright prospects,low-carbon city development model quickly became the focus of global low-carbon development,and is the current stage of adaptation and mitigation of climate change an important strategy.As a large energy province of Shanxi,playing a crucial role in the China's low-carbon city transformation achieve.Shanxi is a typical resource-based economic region,in the development process consumes a lot of energy,emissions of large amounts of carbon dioxide and pollutants.In recent years,Shanxi conscientiously implement the spirit of the central,adhere to the black coal,green development,high carbon resources,the concept of low carbon development,green development.Shanxi Province,the implementation of the implementation of the national economy and social development in Shanxi Province thirteenth five years(2016-2020)planning just to Shanxi Province,the implementation of ecological civilization system reform program,Shanxi Province,the national resource-based economic restructuring comprehensive reform experiment implementation Program(2016-2020),2016 to 2020,organized to carry out Taiyuan,Yanggao County and other 13 counties and cities,the provincial low-carbon pilot construction.At present,Shanxi low-carbon city construction is still in its infancy,accelerate the pace of construction of low-carbon city,and strive to get out of an innovative drive,green low-carbon,with Shanxi characteristics of ecological civilization road.The evaluation and spatial pattern analysis of low-carbon cities in Shanxi Province can provide a strategic basis for low-carbon construction in Shanxi Province.This paper evaluates the construction level of low-carbon cities in different cities in Shanxi Province,analyzes the present situation of low-carbon cities in Shanxi by using descriptive statistics,constructs the evaluation index system of low-carbon cities in Shanxi,obtains the evaluation index of low-carbon cities by principal component analysis Using GIS model to classify low-carbon cities;to identify the types of urban low-carbon development of the aggregation type,analysis of its spatial correlation;based on the above study of Shanxi low-carbon city urban construction and development problems in-depth analysis,proposed to promote Shanxi low carbon Feasibility Suggestions on Urban Construction and Development.Through the analysis of low-carbon cities in different cities in Shanxi Province and spatial pattern analysis,the problems existing in the construction of low-carbon cities in Shanxi Province are as follows: Industrial transformation and upgrading need to be improved;energy structure needs to be adjusted;The structure of the traffic system needs to be improved;Low carbon technology innovation needs to be a breakthrough;Research on Low-carbon Urban Spatial Planning Urgently to be research;Low-carbon consciousness is weak and lack of propaganda.In view of the existing problems in the construction of low-carbon cities in Shanxi Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions to speed up the construction of low-carbon cities in Shanxi from three aspects: macro,micro and city.In macro level,the paper put forward as follows:To promote low-carbon development in the city circle;Promote the construction of low-carbon cities with the upgrading of industrial structure;Urban energy transformation to low energy;Urban transport transformation to low-carbon transport;Development of low-carbon technology,and enhance low-carbon R&D and innovation.In micro level,the paper put forward as follows:Building low-carbon community;Enhance the national low-carbon awareness,and advocate low-carbon lifestyle.At the city level,advocated according to local conditions,to speed up around the city low-carbon city construction.
