Study On The Spatial Pattern Of Hexi Corridor Frontier Fortress Ancient City

JiuQuan is located in the west of HeXi.It is one of the four counties in ancient times.It is the pearl of the border area of the frontier area.Its military status is related to the entire HeXi fortification,and it is known as the "throat" and "ribbon" of HeXi.Since the modern times,the development of JiuQuan city space has been extremely uncoordinated.The appearance of the city has been applied.The historical accumulation of the ancient city of frontier fortress has gradually weakened.Its historical and cultural soft power is far inferior to that of WuWei,ZhangYe,and DunHuang.And development are imminent.With the convening of the National Eighteenth and Nineteenth National Congresses,JiuQuan should seize the major development opportunities in the golden section of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and "cultural construction",reposition the construction of ancient cities,and enrich the construction of ancient cities with frontier fortress culture.Cultural connotation,optimizing the division of internal functions,adjusting the spatial pattern,coordinating the coordinated development of the ancient city and the new city,highlighting JiuQuan's position among HeXi cities,and accelerating the protection and sustainable development of historical and cultural cities.First of all,the research background,significance,content of the paper and the current research situation in this field are combed to formulate the research ideas and framework of this paper;secondly,based on the analysis of the geographical location,topography and traffic conditions of JiuQuan Ancient City,In order of time,we explored the formation of the JiuQuan military defense system before the Ming and Qing Dynasties.This is also based on the historical evolution of the formation of multicultural frontier fortress and national integration.Its military significance has a significant impact on the construction of frontier fortress cities.The thesis focuses on the spatial pattern characteristics of JiuQuan ancient city during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Based on the multi-dimensional analysis method,based on the analysis of the formation of the frontier fortress defense system along the Great Wall and the layout of the JiuQuan regional defense system,at the level of the JiuQuan ancient city,not only the military engineering system,fortification construction method,and city defense system of the JiuQuan ancient city in the Ming and Qing Dynasties were studied.In particular,an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the spatial pattern of the city,including the landscape pattern,plane pattern,road pattern,axis pattern,functional division,vertical form of the ancient city of JiuQuan,etc.,and the use of GIS spatial analysis technology Theproximity analysis of facilities and facilities clarifies the operation mechanism of military institutions,highlights the characteristics of the spatial pattern as an ancient fortress,and also discusses the diverse culture of the fortress.Finally,combining the location and transportation conditions of JiuQuan and the socio-economic development,the paper analyzes the development and evolution of the ancient city of JiuQuan in modern times and analyzes its influencing factors,and puts forward specific methods and strategies for the protection and development of the ancient city of JiuQuan.Taking the time as the axis,the thesis explores the spatial pattern characteristics and related influencing factors of the ancient city of JiuQuan from the interdisciplinary perspectives of urban planning,urban morphology,history,sociology,and military science.Especially from the perspective of the frontier defense system to observe the evolution of the ancient city form,not only limited to the ancient city pattern itself,but to construct a multi-level and multi-angle overall analysis method from the macro-national level,regional level,to the urban pattern,defense facilities,etc.This will make the study of the spatial pattern of JiuQuan in the frontier ancient city more comprehensive and make the proposed strategy for the protection and development of the JiuQuan ancient city more operational.
