In the traditional channel management measures,river cutoff and rigid materials(masonry embankment section,dry stone,concrete,reinforced concrete etc.)are widely used.Can be seen everywhere in the mortar levee engineering,to a certain extent,isolated surrounding space and exchange,the flood and foundation are constantly erosion.Embankment stability is weakening,the safety of the flood season affected,considering the landscape and environment,doesn't meet the current environmental protection and ecological construction engineering design.In this paper,with the Shangluo Luonan County Mangling greenway water landscape project,of ecological embankment engineering project as the research object,to the mountain river governance as the breakthrough point,analysis of river type,put forward the river protection theory system,and provide a theoretical basis,reference for the same type of river engineering ecological river embankment construction.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From the river flood safety,embankment masonry construction technology,ecological benefit analysis,project investment budget and other aspects of the existing river types were analyzed and summarized,in the original river type(nature,natural prototype and engineering type)on the basis of the concept of ecological river regulation project.(2)The river through the domestic and foreign literature,summarize the general problems of the current river exist;to study the data of project landform,soil geology,hydrological data,soil erosion,water landscape analysis the Mangling greenway project in river embankment engineering problems;study type for the mountain river and applicability.The results show that the natural prototype retains riparian ecological,embankment height of natural form,the minimum interference on the original ecological system,generally used for slope or hinterland big river;natural ecological embankment to some extent maintain,with the characteristics of original riparian ecosystem,generally used for steep slope or serious erosion area;engineering type for bad geological section river.Such as collapse,landslide and square settlement;engineering ecological embankment section,combined with the engineering and natural slope,embankment scour,dyke plays a role in the water conservation,and the late management and maintenance cost.Generally used for flood control requirements,and the hinterland is also relatively small river,especially in the mountains river.(3)The comprehensive parameter method,reasoning formula method and catchment area correlation method,analysis to the calculation and comparison of the existing hydrological,river shows that the three methods produce different frequencies.(P=3.3%,P=2.0%)peak flow difference(Qm3.3%=192,124,213(m3/s);Qm2.0%=208,170,235(m3/s)).In order to ensure the accuracy of the hydrological calculation,can adopt three kinds of methods of arithmetic mean value as the end result of hydrological calculation,provide the basis for the calculation of hydrological ecological river treatment project.(4)Put forward the project arrangement scheme of Engineering ecological river course control.The design conditions of three embankments for engineering and engineering ecological rivers are analyzed,with the engineering design of engineering ecological river embankments is carried out.(5)Analysis and evaluation of water and soil erosion control measures of embankment during construction.
