| As one of the main pillar industries in our country, the sustainable developmentof construction industry has an immediate impact on the development of nationaleconomy. The construction site safety management will directly influence thedevelopment of national economy and the public’s health and their safety of life andproperty.The Occupation Health Safety Management System (OHSMS) and IS09001and ISO14001are together referred to as post-industrial landmark managementmethods. At present, the OHSMS has been widely used in many constructionenterprises. What’s more, as an internationalism standard system, the OHSMS notonly guarantees the safety and health of the workers, but also reflects the civilizeddegree of an enterprise and the competition potentiation in the increasinglyinternational economic activities. However, during many years’ practice ofimplementation, problems such as sufficient hazard identification, formalistic processcontrol have been exposed.This thesis is based on the summary of relate researches in domestic andoverseas, and combines with writer’s practical experience during many years’ safetymanagement system audit on construction sites. Firstly, this thesis explains thecorrelation theory of safety management, makes a brief introduction about theOHSMS. Secondly, it analyzes the possible influencing factors of safety productionmanagement on construction site, then builds the evaluation index system of theconstruction site safety management based on the OHSMS and uses the AHP andfuzzy synthetic evaluation method to as the efficiency of the construction site safetymanagement.Finally, by illustrating actual cases to further demonstration andpresenting some measures about the construction site safety management, this thesisprovides the reference for other construction projects. |
