Reasearch On Application Of Field Emergency Management Based On 5S Management Method

With the continuous expansion of China's power system and increase in the capacity of new energy sources such as scenery and the capacity of power electronics non-linear equipment,the requirements for emergency repair tasks in emergencies in the power system have become increasingly stringent.At this stage,the emergency power grid repair center plays an irreplaceable role in the security of power grid operation.However,most emergency rescue centers generally have weak links in basic management with the not-perfect system for on-site management,and the supporting role for the safe and stable operation of power grids needs to be strengthened.This paper combines the theoretical knowledge of 5S management at home and abroad and the principle of implementing 5 S activities suiting the requirements of the actual situation of the second emergency repair center in Tianjin to carry out relevant research on the application of the 5S management method in field management.First,this paper introduces the background and significance of this topic in detail and summarizes the research status of 5S management at home and abroad.Secondly,it elaborates the basic theory of 5S management,and introduces the basic content and important role of 5S management in detail,and focuses on the methods commonly used in 5S management.Then,it briefly introduces the basic situation of the second emergency repair center in Tianjin,and analyzes the main problems in the on-site management of the emergency repair center.On this basis,the 5S management system for the second emergency repair center was constructed from the aspects of basic support,management methods,application evaluation,and management objectives,and the construction method and implementation process of each subsystem of the management system were introduced.Afterwards,in order to evaluate the effect of the 5S site management system proposed in this paper,an evaluation model was established using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,the model is used to evaluate the 5S management effect of the second emergency repair center,and improvement measures are proposed for the weak links reflected in the evaluation results.
