Nowadays,the methods of monitoring and management of inflammable and explosive and dangerous units(places)are relatively backward.There is no systematic monitoring and alarm system.The equipment status of flammable and hazardous chemicals unit(place)cannot be real-time monitoring.These departments are unable to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in real time and handle the abnormal situation in time.In addition,the location of this flammable and hazardous chemicals unit(place)is widely distributed and scattered sporadic characteristics.So the SPD installed by the low voltage distribution system and information system cannot implement the SPD failure auto-alarm and send the feedback to the users.Thus causing the user cannot be found in time SPD abnormal state and lead to security risks.These risks include being subjected to induction lightning,direct lightning and lightning electromagnetic Impulse damage.In this article,the key research is to ensure the power SPD online security monitoring system is to make that the SPD is running properly.Formulate the architecture of power SPD online monitoring system,give full consideration to the power SPD parameters of the monitoring method,complete the construction of Zhongshan SPD online safety monitoring system,and we will get the innovation project of Guangdong Meteorological Bureau.The main contents of the thesis are:1.Through the lightning surge on the destructive analysis of microelectronic devices,and the damage caused by these flammable and explosive places,and then through the domestic and international power SPD research history and the status quo,the introduction of the deployment of key places Power SPD online monitoring Urgency and importance.2.Study the classification,principle and working parameters of SPD,expatiate the architecture,function and description of the online monitoring system,make a brief introduction to the hardware and software used in the system.the overall scheme of SPD online safety monitoring system for the key places of Zhongshan basing on networking and cloud platform.3.It is analyzed the monitoring method of the on-line monitoring parameters of the power supply SPD,analyzed the monitoring methods such as grounding resistance,grounding state,leakage current,degradation,surge information,temperature and humidity,and find the most suitable monitoring method.4.Through the analysis of the accuracy of the on-line monitoring equipment and non online measuring instruments,then measure the error value compared with the parameters of on-line monitoring equipment monitoring system.The experimental results shows that(1)The overall error of grounding resistance data is generally less than 5%;(2)Temperature measurement accuracy is relatively high and the error is less than 3%;(3)The deviation rate of voltage online monitoring data,the maximum positive deviation is 2.83%,the maximum negative deviation is about 2%;(4)The deviation rate of the leakage current online monitoring data,the maximum positive and negative deviation is less than 2%.Therefore,the system performance is able to achieve the desired design objectives and be operated stably.
