With the development of social economy,more and more attention has been paid to the environmental quality.From the perspective of lighting,it is an important to coordinate the relationship between the increasing demand of luminous environment and the lighting energy consumption and environmental influence,promoting the sustainable development of green lights.In fact,establishing a scientific and reasonable lighting assessment system is an effective mean to solve this problem.However,similar integrated lighting assessment system is absent in our country.Thus,proceeding from the characteristics of green lights,key issues have been studied in this paper about the assessment system of green lights.The main work of this paper include the following aspects:1 Study on the weighting coefficient of assessment index.Weighting coefficient is very important in the assessment system.According to the comparison of different method to set the weighting coefficient,the method of analytic hierarchy process has been selected.Finally,the weighting coefficient was determined by the means of questionnaire inquiry and expert meeting.2 Study on calculation of the lighting energy saving assessment.The assessment of lighting energy saving is an important parts in greens lights assessment system.In this paper,the methods of lighting energy consumption calculation and saving power rate calculation have been determined based on the analysis of different lighting energy consunption calculation methods and the characteristic of the lighting usage in our country.And the most important content is the study of the lighting energy consumption baseline.3 Case study.In this paper,a typical case has been chosen to prove the scientific rationality of the assessment method and a detailed assessment process was described in the case study.The weighting coefficient result and the lighting energy saving assessment method have been applied to the national standard Test and assessment standard for green lights(draft),in order to provide bases for green lights assessment.
