Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has shown a rapid development of the situation,leading to C hina's power in the increasingly scarce situation,therefore,the State Grid Corporation to increase the construction of power facilities,power transmission project number is increasing.Power transmission and transformation project funds and a variety of equipment investment is quite large,if the construction process,the project safety management work is not in place,will lead to the occurrence of engineering safety accidents,but also for future security risks,The future may cause incalculable losses.It is an important guarantee for the safe and stable construction of the power transmission project construction project to make a reasonable evaluation of the construction safety management work and make a reasonable evaluation of its safety management.Power transmission and safety management involves a wide range of aspects,more links,so in the process of comprehensive evaluation,should be used qualitative and quantitative combination of decision-making evaluation methods.This paper intends to adopt the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the construction safety management of power transmission and transformation project construction.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a kind of evaluation and analysis method combining qualitative and quantitative indexes,which has certain practical significance to the combination of qualitative and quantitative.The evaluation results processed by this method can compare the scientific and accurate expression of the actual situation of the project.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation index system for most power transmission and transformation projects is constructed,which is based on the literature,which is related to the literature and combined with Jinzhou Beishan 66 kV power transmission and transformation project.The evaluation system is from the personnel,This paper analyzes the safety management of the new construction project of power transmission and transformation,and applies the selected intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the new project of power transmission and transformation.Electrical safety management measures.According to the results of comprehensive evaluation and analysis,it can be seen that the safety management of Jinzhou Beishan power transmission and transformation project conforms to the relevant provisions of national safety standards,and also validates the scientific and rationality of evaluation index system and evaluation method.
