| With the rapid development of China’s economy,especially the year of building a welloff society,realizing "two doublings" and "three major battles",China’s demand for electricity continues to increase.In order to meet the increasing power demand,in the next few years,China’s power industry will continue to expand investment and strengthen the construction of power systems.Transmission and transformation engineering projects are an important part of the power system and are related to many aspects such as the transmission,scheduling and distribution of electrical energy.The various components of the power system are intertwined.Problems in a certain transmission and transformation project not only affect the normal operation of the power supply area of the project,but also cause negative impacts on the lives and other production activities of residents in other areas.Therefore,strict management and control of the quality of power transmission and transformation projects is critical to the safe,stable,and efficient operation of the power system.In addition to the long construction cycle and many influencing factors of general engineering projects,the quality of transmission and transformation engineering projects also has the characteristics of transmission of quality,stricter quality standards,and more closely related to economic development.Therefore,in the quality management of power transmission and transformation projects,we must pay more attention to comprehensive grasp and detailed analysis of specific problems,and find out problems in quality management and improve them in time to ensure the success of power transmission and transformation project construction.This article takes the 220 k V Xinwei Power Transmission and Transformation Project in Z City as an example,and uses the project quality management theory as a guide to build a quality management evaluation index system to comprehensively evaluate the project’s quality management status.This article first sorts out related concepts of quality management and engineering project quality management to lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of a quality evaluation index system.Then it reviews the engineering profile,quality management measures,and engineering quality of the 220 k V Xinwei transmission and transformation project in Z city.The acceptance and assessment are introduced in detail;combining the relevant theoretical basis and the practice of project quality management,and following the principles of the construction of the evaluation index system,an evaluation index system for quality management is established,and a combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation The quality management of 220 k V Xinwei Power Transmission and Transformation Project in Z City was evaluated;finally,relevant suggestions for improvement measures of project quality management were given based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation.When evaluating the quality management of 220 k V Xinwei Power Transmission and Transformation Project in Z City,a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was adopted.The constructed evaluation index system proved to be feasible,which to a certain extent performed quality management for related projects in the power industry.The index selection of time provides theoretical support and reference. |
