Energy is the basis of human survival and development,with the traditional energy crisis and environmental pollution intensified,the development of new energy has become an important strategic choice.Solar energy resources are among the world's most abundant renewable resources,has great development potential.With the progress of science and technology,photovoltaic power generation has become China's new energy growth momentum in the most fierce type of power generation.With the development of PV projects,all kinds of investment and operating risks are gradually exposed to the negative impact on the development of China's photovoltaic industry.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the risk of 100 MW PV project in Daqi to provide a basis for risk prevention of the successful implementation of PV projects and normal operation and maintenance.In this paper,the project risk management theory is expounded,and the risk identification method of PV power generation project is introduced.The AHP method is used to evaluate the risk of each project,and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of the project,and the risk grade of the project is classified.Risk-based strategy to lay the foundation.Through the analysis and research of Daguqi PV project,the risk of Daguqi PV project includes economic risk,natural risk,technical risk,management risk and social risk.There are 18 risk factors.It is concluded that the risk of construction cost is the most important factor in the economic risk,and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation indicates.According to various types of risk,targeted the risk of various types of coping strategies.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The risk of PV project exists in all aspects of the construction and operation of PV power plant,and the risk identification and risk assessment of PV power plant should be made scientifically.The risk of existence.(2)Enterprises should further strengthen the PV project risk analysis and prevention work.(3)PV project risk management is a long-term issue.
