In recent years,with the continuous development of power information construction,the needs of constructing new digital power plant information system is increasingly urgent.In order to improve the production efficiency of power plants and security level,supervisory information system,management information system,access control system,video monitoring system,Vo IP system and so on have been widely used in power plant operation,but due to the differences of heterogeneous systems in the form of interface,information transmission and equipment wiring,which not only resulte in highlights of "information island" but also repeated construction is serious of cables,switches and other equipment during the infrastructure stage,causing investment cost is greatly increased.Not only that,the sharp increase in the number of servers has brought tremendous pressure for the computer room environment.In view of the problems existed in the current power plant construction phase,in this paper,we put forward applying the intelligent building system integration technology based on IP and the open source Open Stack private cloud based on KVM to XX 2×350WM cogeneration project.The information integration system adopts "isolation transmission,centralized processing" model,by adding physical interfaces module and communication protocols,making full use of VLAN to translate the voice,video and control signal into digital signal based on IP,with the aid of the MIS LAN implements the transmission,eventually managed by the private cloud data center.At first,the paper introduces the background and significance of the subject and gives the design principles of the integrated system according to the requirement of the owner.The overall planning of integrated system contain five parts,such as the design of access control,video surveillance,alarm,Vo IP and MIS network,specific content as follows: according to the number of information points to determine the network bandwidth,and then select the appropriate network-connection devices and MIS network structure;Designing the system network topology,completing hardware equipment selection in accordance with the relevant standard;Selecting the VLAN division to achieve the isolated transmission of the heterogeneous system data and control the broadcast storm caused by network congestion.The selection of the network interface module and the communication protocol design make the different types of information transform into uniform data based on IP.Data center is designed for open source private cloud based on the KVM virtualization technology,with thehelp of glusterfs file system to implement distributed storage,and deeply analyzing four aspects,such as network architecture,component deployment,storage mode and security performance.The innovation of this paper is that it's from the perspective of intelligent building and industrial 4.0,combining with virtualization,computer network and private cloud,applying advanced technology to the production practice,not only decreasing cable laying,reducing investment in infrastructure,but also having the important reference value to the construction of intelligent,digital electric power enterprise.
