Study And Solution On New-type Industrialized Construction Of Underground Space Side Enclosure For Civil Buildings

New-type industrialized construction adopted for underground space side enclosure is of great significance.At present,the underground space side enclosure has a variety of construction technologies such as traditional construction technology and superposition cast-in-place.There are advantages and disadvantages for the different construction technologies.The characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the traditional and existing construction techniques of the underground space side enclosure are analyzed and compared.This paper proposes that the underground space side enclosure of the support formwork system of the pallet has two advantages:high-quality and high-speed as well as low-risk and low-cost.It has high application value.The paper focuses on the comparative study of the influence factors of traditional construction safety accident and analyzes and summarizes the common quality control and treatment suggestions of different construction technologies.The high-risk factors of quality and safety accidents mainly due to the use of sporadic assembly scattered scaffolding template and manual mode of operation for the construction of the traditional underground space side enclosure are analyzed from multiple perspectives.The paper analyzes that the pallet system has the advancement and the applicability rooted in the China's construction industry and machinery manufacturing industry through study of the improvement effect of the new-type industrialized construction system,i.e.,the integrated construction technology system of the individual frame formwork pallet.According to the pilot experimental project,the experimental data of the support formwork system of the assembly pallet is used to analyze and compare the improvement of construction quality and progress effectiveness.According to the pilot experiment,the paper analyzes that the pallet construction can reduce the cost,with industrialized production,the site operation is simple,and the worker is easy to operate,which is suitable for the construction of the underground space side enclosure.This paper analyzes that the new-type industrialized construction of the underground space side enclosure for the civil buildings using the pallet is expected to be one of the important new-type industrialized construction methods for the underground space side enclosure in the future,which will promote the development of the construction industry in China.
