The continuous development of China's national economy has accelerated the process of urbanization gradually,made the new construction area increase.According to statistics,China's domestic annual new construction area is of 20 million square meters,accounting for more than 50% of the total global annual new construction area,leads to a growing demand for building energy consumption.In last decade,public buildings energy consumption has grown in the rate of 220%,accounted for more than a quarter of the total energy consumption of the building,bringing huge economic problems and environmental issues.Meanwhile,China is not yet advanced in the concept of building energy efficiency,energy consumption in public buildings has enormous energy-saving potential,therefore,in order to carry on the work of public building energy efficiency research,formulate a suitable benchmarking system of public building energy consumption for China's national conditions and to release the public buildings energy-saving potential,has become an important issue for China to response to the shortages in energy supplement,and has important strategic and practical significance on ensuring environmental sustainability and sustained and stable development of national economy.At first,through the field investigation to obtain the basic data of xi 'an 153 public building,including architectural basic information the equipment system information,data and building energy consumption behavior.Based on data filtering and validation,and ultimately selected 130 to conduct the thorough research to the public building.Through the statistical analysis of 130 public building energy consumption data,the research on building energy consumption level difference of different use function bildings.Reveals all kinds of building energy consumption characteristics of the distribution are obtained.To develop energy consumption quota,screening typical buildings and building standard buildings is the key.This paper puts forward a series of technical methods to achieve the transformation process from sample to typical buildings and to standard building.Through to the extraction of the basic information of the office buildings,the influencing factors of building energy consumption index can be obtained.Respectively from the perspective of many buildings and pavilions architecture,by adopting the combination of grey relational analysis and sensitivity analysis method,research on the significant of energy consumption influence factors.Comprehensive comparison two methods and demonstrates to the government office building: Window wall ratio and air conditioning COP is the most significant factors;the commercial office building: Window wall ratio,shading coefficient and air conditioning COP is the most significant factors.And with the data analysis of the grey relational coefficient,clustering analysis was carried out on the two types of office buildings,select the representative buildings from samples,and determine the typical architecture by standardized calculation.Based on typical buildings,standard building model is established through software simulation,based on the simulation results for energy consumption quota.Sample with small number of buildings,can be directly set quotas by standardized calculation and software simulation.The simulation results as the initial value of the energy consumption quota: class 1 government office buildings 40 KWh/(m~2·a);class 2 government office building 58 KWh/(m~2·a);Commercial office 72 KWh/(m~2·a);The hotel building 125 KWh/(m~2·a);Department store building 145 KWh/(m~2·a);The supermarket building 180 KWh/(m~2·a).The usage behavior pattern is researched in this paper,and the air conditioning equipment,lighting equipment and office equipment operation mode of the office buildings were classified and quantized,by assignment of device usage patterns and quantum calculation,the staff behavior is converted into overall building operation modes,relative energy saving and relative waste modes of operation were defined.Quantitative analysis of differences in human behavior on energy consumption is under the two modes.Calculated with goodness of mode is 19.5%,accordingly puts forward xian commercial office building energy consumption quota values can be revised to 58 KWH/m2.It reveals the behavior pattern effect of energy consumption level and the energy consumption quota,it provides theoretical basis for building behavior pattern and control building energy consumption.
