Research On Engineering Change Management Problems And Improvement Measures Of Hydro-power Station

The large-scale hydropower station construction project has the characteristics of long construction period,large investment and affected by natural conditions such as geological terrain,market factors,and policy factors,which decided that it is difficult to avoid the project changes which often happen during the implementation of construction projects.Through careful and continuous project change management,taking necessary preventive and corrective measures to ensure that project management plans and project benchmarks are effectively implemented to promote project objectives,which is an important management activity throughout the construction project.This paper takes a large-scale hydropower station project which named JZ-7 in the near-term construction and at the end of the project as a research case.Based on the collecting the whole process project change samples and change management system process of the project construction,through the organization,statistics and analysis that fully demonstrate the current status of case project engineering changes.Based on a full investigation of the status of case project changes,in-depth analyze from three aspects of case project engineering change status.The three aspects are the distribution of project changes in the whole life cycle of the project;the element attribute composition of the project changes and the types of changes that have a critical impact on the project changes;the management system,process and characteristics of the case project change management.On the basis of depth analysis and research,it summarizes the eleven manifestations of problems in case project change.The project management theory is used to refine the engineering change problem,and the five aspects of the case project engineering change management are summarized.This paper use the ideas and theories of project management,the problem of case project change management,analyzing the causes of problems from the two dimensions of the project as a whole and project elements,and then summarizing the mechanism of refining problems.Aiming at the cause and formation mechanism of the case project engineering change management problem,put forward the solution ideas and improvement measures for the implementation of the overall change control of the project and the implementation path and control process.This research takes the hydropower project recently constructed in China as the engineering change management research case,and the research results have certain reference and reference value for the engineering change management of the follow-up hydropower project construction in China.
