Research On The Progress Management Of The Electrical And Mechanical Installation Project Of Sichuan Airlines Maintenance At The New Airport

Chengdu New Airport is the largest civil transportation hub airport project planned and constructed during China’s "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period.The Sichuan Airlines base project under construction in the airport covers functional sectors such as crew attendance,general office,maintenance,air cargo,and air food.Based on the background of the construction of the new airport,this paper studies the project progress management of the electromechanical installation project of the maintenance section of the Sichuan Airlines Base Engineering.This paper starts with the actual situation of the project,analyzes the project information such as the project environment and progress goals,analyzes the main factors that affect the implementation of the electromechanical installation project,and analyzes the problems that affect the construction progress in the early stage of the project.Next,based on the WBS work breakdown structure method,the work breakdown of the electromechanical installation engineering project is carried out,and the task duration and task association logic are analyzed,and finally the project schedule is formulated in the software.After making the schedule,this paper proposes the measures of project schedule management and control,and the process of project schedule management and control.And analyzed the progress control measures that this project should focus on.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the environmental construction of project schedule management.This paper studies the progress management of the electromechanical installation project.Based on the analysis of the problems affecting the construction progress in the early stage of the project,the work is decomposed,the task duration and the task correlation logic are analyzed,the project progress plan is formulated,and the project progress is proposed.The management and control measures actually solved the problems of the project and helped the project to successfully complete the construction tasks.The research in this paper also provides a useful reference and reference for similar engineering projects.
